Me gustó era lo que estábamos esperando tiene de todo vibra,música,luz y juguetes que giran!I have had this bassinet for 9 months. I used it from when my baby was born until she was bout 4.5 months of age. I stopped at that point bc she became too big for it and began to turn in her sleep and at that point it became unsafe. I recommend this product - it is very durable. I moved three times while on maternity leave. And by move I mean I literally moved from the east coast to the Midwest and then to the west coast. This thing made it without a hitch. We assembled and disassembled every time within a matter of an hr the fist time, then 15-20 minutes after that. Mattress was fine I didn’t buy another. I didn’t end up using all the bells and whistles that it came with very often but it was certainly nice to have. Keep in mind that the music etc. Is battery operated which is a pain. The storage below the bassinet was clutch! We stored diapers and wipes and bibs so we didn’t have to go anywhere at night. It was awesome. I have stored it back in its box in case we have another baby. I gave it a four stars for three main reasons:1- the bassinet has a wide base and thus the edge of the bassinet can not align with your bed which means that you have to physically stand up to get your baby out of it which is annoying in the middle of the night.2- the bassinet is a bit high and that also contributes to problem number one. Our bed is average height.3- the fabric in the bed portion was removable and thus, washable. The fabric on the hood is not so we couldn’t wash it when it came out of the box and thus we didn’t use it, but this was not a big deal for us as our baby was born in the winter. Perhaps if a baby was born in the summer with a lot of sunlight that would make more of a difference.The support line for this company is a joke, w/in reg business hours you get recording run around, the web site has places to enter your worries and complaints but asks for information that is not listed in the box. The assembly seems straight forward until you actually have to put this together because things do not line up well, the threads to all the tubes are burred up, you have to pre thread the bolts in all the holes to get them to accept the screws ( pretty much re tapping the threads is what you accomplish by that.) then the struggle begins as these do not line up well, the design seems like it will go together easy but you apply quite a bit of torque and hold it long enough to get the screws in to get these pipes to bolt together. The real kicker is I have an extra tube that seems to be used and the mobil arm does not work. only the flicker lights lights will come on, the mobil will spin the clip at the top that you put the bears on but only 3/4 of a turn and then stops and makes a continuous humming sound, the music plays slowly and is very creepy sounding like that, this is with brand new duar a cells by the way. There is no instructions of how this mobils buttons operate at all BUT it does appear to have MORE buttons than is necessary. By that I mean, I cannot figure out what all these buttons SHOULD be doing even if they were working. There is 1 to 3 songs, 2 kinds of lights, 1 spinning mobil. more buttons than I can see functions for. I wrote to the company just a bit ago because they have a little card inside the box begging that I not return it to the store but the support line is joke and the web site remains to be seen. Fingers crossed they will help out but I am not going to hold my breath/ I will return this if they do not contact me in a day or two. I will follow up here when something gets done. I was just reading through other reviews, I am pretty sure the reviews are not for just this one bassinet, it seems people are reviewing different models from the features they are talking about.------------------------ I just filled out the forms to return this through Amazon, the Delta company ( people in NY, ) are not answering phones, have automated messages with lies about getting back with you. the web site does has a form you can fill out and no one writes back . Problems with this were mainly that I do not think this is new. here s why. the main unit appears new, eh mobile is non operational and also does not work BUT, it;s also NOT for this bassinet. The mobile in this set has buttons that do not operate anything that this bassinet has, I looked close at pictures of other bassinets and I saw these buttons , looks like to they operate a vibrator that shakes the bassinet! so that is weird why do I have this in my box? and broken to boot. another thing, seems to be an extra rod in this box and it is used, has wear marks. weird right? well I thought it was, doesn't hurt anything but still weird. also both ends of this package were opened and resealed. Maybe that has something to do with it all. at any rate, the Baby is here now, I went and got a different bassinet and this ones going back. UPS.So it took a while, but baby will finally sleep in the bassinet -- which is baby's fault and not the bassinet's I think. The problem is there are cool extra features -- vibration, light show, mobile are what we use -- but they don't stay on long. Maybe 10 minutes at most, and the features are 100% battery operated. So. Baby takes a lot longer than 10 minutes to fall asleep. He inherited my sleeping patterns. He loves watching the mobile and light show as he's falling asleep, but then he wakes up instantly when they stop, so the cool features aren't super useful, in my opinion. The bassinet isn't as sturdy as I'd like either. It wobbles pretty strongly when baby is kicking (which he does a lot). Am I glad we have it? Yes, because it allows us to sleep in our bed and have him in the bedroom, too. The biggest plus to me is how thin it is. I love the light on the mobile arm. It helps when I have to wake up in the middle of the night to feed him and it doesn’t wake my husband up. We live in a three story house and I like to keep my baby near me so I keep this bassinet on the main floor and baby sleeps in it during the day, I even put all the little extras I need like clothes and diapers and creams on the bottom section of the bassinet. Looks very pretty in our family room!Me encanto el moises , es bello, a mi bebé le va encartar , el colchón que trae es bastante delgadito y le tendré que colocar algo más para que la base sea cómoda, pero nada que no se pueda arreglar. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Lo compraría mil veces más.Al principio se tardaron mucho en enviar el producto cerca de 1 mes, pero la espera valió la pena, puesto que es un producto de excelente calidad a un precio muy bueno, recomiendo ampliamente.
