The outfit is adorable! It is much larger than expected. I ordered 0-3 months and it is more of a 6-month size. Fortunately, Little One can grow into it. It does come with the hat and not the bib as it says in the description.Beautiful!!!!!!! Much too small I should have bought a 12 month. I have to give it a 5 stars because it's sooooo cute. The baby is 4 months old and the out is way too small.Good quality
