I love the little pillow that comes with it! It’s interchangeable so you can switch the side it’s on.Breast feeding miracle, saves my arms everyday! So easy to clean too! Every baby product is a “must be able to clean easy product.”I was so excited to order this for my nieces arrival. It came in super quick thanks to Amazon. These pillows are not cheap and ordering it off of Amazon was cheaper then going to my local Walmart. Plus the ones at my local Walmart did not have the little pillow included. The design was so cute. It is plush and soft but easy to clean. My new neice, brother in law and sister were super happy with the product and they use it consistently sometimes even for themselves because of how comfortable it is.
