I bought this tree because I wanted a tree with (1) a hammock, (2) a long scratch post, and (3) a unique, simple design. This tree has all three. However, this tree is lacking in ease-of-assembly, possibly quality, and definitely stability.The assembly was a bit challenging. The instructions have you assemble from top-to-bottom. This makes you have to assemble sideways, which puts weight on the upper platforms at an angle during the assembly.Putting that kind of weight on these platforms and screwing in the parts sideways caused parts of the cork bottoms of the platforms to flake off. I don't know if this will cause the tree to not last as long, but it is a concern.The tree's base is not large enough to support the weight of a full-grown cat. My 10-pound cat loves to lay on the top platform of this tree, but I can see him struggle to get up there while the whole tree wobbles. If you put this tree in a corner, then this probably won't be an issue at all. But I wanted to place this near the window so my cat could look outside.If you have kittens, then this tree is likely perfect. If you can place this tree in a corner, then it'll probably be very good as well.Nice cat tree. It was the perfect height I was looking for and I mainly like the material. I am not a big fan of how the cubby is put together - Velcro. That part was challenging to assemble as you have to ensure the holes for the ladder match with a window and have to make sure you pull the fabric enough to connect both pieces.My cats "assisted" with putting this together and made it a bit more challenging than it would have been without them, but assembly was fairly easy. The instructions were pictures only so you had to look at and compare the screws to the directions to make sure you used the right ones.I have an 11 lb mainecoon/nebelung mix who loves high places and he stretched out on top of this with no problem. I also have a 10 lb lynx point siamese who loves to jump around cat trees and this is sturdy enough for his shenanigans. The tunnel is a bit small for both of them, but they still squeeze through it.My cat loves this cat tree. It was easy to assemble and the colors work well in my home. I wanted something with a tunnel, toy, and scratching post and this ticks all those boxes. I do think it needs to be on a pretty flat surface to be stable because it's fairly light.my cat loves it she was trying to scratch it while i was putting it together the only thing is the tree is kinda wobbly do do what you will with that info but i think it’s worth the priceI browsed and compared in different sites based in material and size, I like the felt material on this design, gives a more neat and simple look. It arrived less than a week ago and so far I'm very pleased. It was easy to put together, my cute young adopted cat seems to love it. It is easy to move around but is solid enough to stay up when she comes in a rush to jump on it.We love this cat tree and so does our cat. My husband put it together and said it was easy and only took him about 15 minutes. It's very sturdy which was important because we have a large, rambunctious cat. It's never once fallen over and the only wear and tear on it is on the scratching posts; we've had this for a few months. She doesn't use the crawl-through tube or the washboard scratcher thing, but she obviously enjoys the upper platform and scratch posts. I can't recommend this product highly enough.My cats love this!! It is a little wobbly but as long as your cats are more than 20lb I’d say this would be a most excellent addition to you home!
